NOTICE OF HEARING

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING MINIMUM STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR THE REGULATION OF UNUSED PORTIONS OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY BY ADJOINING LANDOWNERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an ordinance is being considered for adoption by the Board of Franklin County Commissioners that will establish minimum standards and requirements for the regulation of unused portions of County right-of-way in unincorporated areas in Franklin County, Washington. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available at the Franklin County Commissioners’ Office or on the County’s website (please see below).

A public hearing on said ordinance will be held during a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of County Commissioners at the Courthouse (1016 N Fourth Avenue) in Pasco, Washington, on the 1st day of October, 2014, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.
