William "Bill" Howard Taylor was born on July 8th, 1954 in Ontario, Oregon. He was called "Home" to His Father in Heaven peacefully on Saturday, September 6, 2014 surrounded by his family and the loving care of The Chaplaincy Hospice House Staff in Kennewick, WA.

He brought much joy and laughter to all those who came in contact with him.

He suffered so much in the past 8 years from all of his health challenges but to him "Laughter is the Best Medicine" was definitely his motto!

Bill grew up in Fruitland, ID. He graduated for Fruitland High School in 1972. He moved to Othello in 1973. He met the love of his life, Lela Marie Giese, in 1986 and on May 20, 1989 they were married in Othello. Together they raised four children, a stepdaughter, Leilani Ezell, step-son, Robbie Ezell, and two daughters, Brooke Lynn and Pamela Juliette Taylor. They have been blessed with 9 grandchildren. His friends were very important to him along with some special activities such as fishing and hunting but his all-time love was being on a farm.

Bill and Lela were married for Time and All Eternity on May 20, 2009 in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Columbia River Temple Kennewick, WA.

His parents Willard Howard Taylor and Jenny (McCullough) Taylor; sister Margaret Aqui and Betty Mae Chin; brother Ladd Hunasker and half-sister Tammy Chin preceded him in death.

Surviving Bill are his loving wife Lela, children, a stepdaughter, Leilani Ezell, step-son, Robbie Ezell, and two daughters, Brooke Lynn and Pamela Juliette Taylor; 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; sisters, Donna Smith, Luanne (Chris) Preston and Jean Lewis: brothers Doyle (Lila) Taylor, Kay Chin and many nieces and nephews.
