Tom Dent is a natural leader

I am a resident and business owner in Moses Lake. I have had the privilege of knowing Tom Dent for about 15 years. I have had many discussions with Tom over the years and I have been very educated on issues that are often the topic of great debate and interest. He is a very intelligent and well-versed man on most all topics I bring up. Tom has taught me that one needs to understand all sides in order to have an intelligent discussion. He is a natural leader and educator. Leaders need to be able to get different sides together as well as getting all of us working in the same direction so we all benefit.

I am incredibly busy as most of us are. When Tom asked me to be on the committee to elect him as our 13th District representative, I was very excited to help with his campaign. This country and state are faced with difficulty challenges and severe consequences for inaction or action in the wrong direction. We are being divided by rhetoric from the media and I am constantly reminded by Tom this country has always faced diversity and trials that seem destructive to our way of life. He has always been very positive and understanding just as great leaders in the past have. He has a way of bringing people together with his natural ability to lead.

In closing, I have watched Tom in public forums be asked many questions about a wide array of topics. He seems to always have the answers to the problems we all face. He is committed to addressing all of our issues and providing commons sense solutions. He is one who has earned the right to represent us in the 13th District.
