Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat application received by Grant County on August 26, 2014 from Beverly English (Designated Contact: Bryan & Jerri Mickle, 2828, Ephrata, WA 98823), was found to be technically complete on September 08, 2014. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of a 80.18 acre parcel into 3 lots. Lot 1 will be 1.80 acres with an existing residence and shop, will continue to be used for residential purposes. Lot 2 will be 4.30 acres with no existing development and will have residential capacity. Lot 3 will be 74.08 acres (containing the required open space) and will have no residential capacity. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The property is located at 10376 Road E SW, Royal City WA in a portion of Sections 30, Township 17 North, Range 26 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #21-0793-000. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
