Description of proposal The proposed project improvements include the following items:
North Trail Site Improvements
• 5’ wide gravel path, 4” thick, ADA accessible path to the ordinary high water
• Accessible turn-around area at the end of the path
South Trail Site Improvements
• Improved and enlarged oval parking lot to accommodate 11 parking stalls plus one concrete
ADA stall
• Single vault restroom
• Interpretive signage
• 18”-wide gravel trail, 4” thick, down to the ordinary high water

Lead agency Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, WA
The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030 (2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request.
