Notice is hereby given that a SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on August 27, 2014 from Lawrence Jacobsen (Designated Contact: Scott Rock, 1412 Fairway Dr. NE, Moses Lake) was found to be technically complete on August 28, 2014. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: To construct a 60-ft. by 156-ft. (Approx. 9,360 sq. ft.) agricultural storage building and two (2) future 60-ft. by 250-ft. agricultural storage buildings in the Rural Residential 1 Zoning District of Grant County. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Building Permit STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located at 2952 N Frontage Rd. E, Moses Lake WA and is located in the SE quarter of the SE quarter of Section 28, Township 19 North, Range 27 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #31-3258-000). ZONING: Rural Residential 1. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
