Notice is hereby given that a SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on October 27, 2014 from Desert Homeowners Association was found to be technically complete on August 05, 2014. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: To construct an approx. 3,716 sq. ft. recreation center and approximately 5,130 sq. ft. swimming pool to replace existing facilities in the Rural Village Open Space Conservation (RVOSC) Zoning District of Grant County. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Building Permit STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located at 215 Desert Aire Dr. SW, Mattawa, WA 99349. It is located in the SW quarter of the of Section 22, Township 14 North, Range 23 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #02-1095-000). ZONING: RVOSC. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
