Who's at fault?
Who investigates when an officer injures a citizen by force or with a weapon? Throughout the years, everywhere somebody has been shot because they say they're a threat are we going by how one looks or what ethnic grouop we are? I've heard in many cases intimidation who really a threat one with a weapon or a rolled up window. What ever happened to warning shots? Seen people even shot with a tazor gunout of fear. Know offivers have a duty to protect and serve and are at risk in some cases. What about when an officer chasing a suspect and innocent by-stander is killed, who's at fault?
