10 Year Lease Terms

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) offers for lease at Sealed Bid Public Auction the following leases:

10-091675: Ten year lease for a tract of land containing approximately 640 acres, described as All Section 36, Township 23 N, Range 26 E, W.M., Grant County, Washington, containing 456.00 grazing acres. Annual Rent will be $872.10.

10-091676: Ten year lease for a tract of land containing approximately 600 acres described as N1/2, SW1/4, N1/2SE1/4, SE1/4SE1/4 Section 16, Township 22 North, Range 30 East, W. M., Grant County, Washington, containing 600 grazing acres. Annual Rent will be $1,047.50.

Lease covenants may be examined at the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, DNR Southeast Region Office located at 713 Bowers Rd, Ellensburg, WA 98926, or the office of the Commissioner of Public Lands, Olympia, WA. Sealed Bid Auctions will be held at DNR’s Southeast Region Office on December 4, 2014.
