PROJECT: A Short Plat of approximately 39.80 acres in order to create four (4) lots from one existing parcel in the Rural Residential 1 zoning district of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Plat application received by Grant County on

October 20, 2014 from Alberto Hernandez (Designated Contact: Erik Angel, Knudsen Land Survey LLC, PO Box 505, 130 1st Avenue NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-4376), was found to be technically complete on October 22, 2014. PROJECT: A Short Plat of approximately 39.80 acres in order to create four (4) lots from one existing parcel in the Rural Residential 1 zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 will be approximately 24.76 acres in size, and each of Lots 2, 3, and 4 will be approximately 5.00 acres in size. The proposed lots are all presently vacant. The intended use of each of the proposed lots is residential. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject parcel is known as Lot 1 of the Vittone Acres Short Plat. It is located approximately 5 miles southwest of the city limits of Ephrata, WA, and approximately 2.60 miles southwest of the intersection of State Highway 28 and State Highway 283, and approximately 0.25 miles east of the intersection of Road H NW and Road 10 NW, and in the NW quarter of Section 14, Township 20 North, Range 25 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #31-2491-000). ZONING: Rural Residential 1. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand-delivered, or sent by facsimile. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
