Gene S. Reinbold

| October 29, 2014 6:00 AM

Gene S. Reinbold entered into rest Oct. 21, 2014, with his family at his bedside.

Born Dec. 12, 1932 and raised in Davenport, he graduated in 1950 from Davenport High School. He married Beverly Hansen in 1952. Gene and Beverly moved to Moses Lake in 1955 where he continued his work with the Ford Motor Company in auto sales. After his successful career of 42 years, he enjoyed golfing, RVing, dancing, and visits with his many friends. He held memberships with the Jaycees, Fraternal Order of the Eagles, the American Legion, and was a past exalted ruler and 60-year member of the Elks.

Gene is survived by his wife, Beverly, of 62 years and his two children, Curtis (Laura) and Jill (Jim). He enjoyed his five grandchildren and had to be the first to buy his great grandchild his first red (drivable-toy) car! He is also survived by his brother Don (Nona) and numerous nieces and nephews.

He took great pride in providing for the well-being of his family. Gene will be greatly missed by family and friends for his outgoing demeanor and sense of humor to all who crossed his path, even up to his final days.

Gene will be buried in a private ceremony. Cards may be sent to Beverly Reinbold, 6811 N Sutherlin St., Spokane, WA 99208. Donations may be made in Gene's name to the Moses Lake Elks Lodge in Moses Lake.
