Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Process-Public Participation in accordance with the FCC’s Program Comment for Positive Train Control and Infrastructure. BNSF Railway proposes to construct an approximately 50’ monopole communications pole at the following approximate locations in Grant County, Washington within the existing railroad right-of-way:

• Coordinates: 47.41219, -119.031632, Mile Post 1571.6, Marlin;

• Coordinates: 47.41412, -119.087459, Mile Post 1574.3, Marlin;

• Coordinates: 47.420009, -119.123372, Mile Post 1576.1, Wilson Creek.
