Democrat backs Republican Tom Dent
For the first time in my adult life of 75 years, I am unable to vote for a Democrat in spite of my party alliance, which is second only to my alliance and loyalty to my country. Since I do not have that choice because my party was unable to field a candidate this year for District 13 State Representative to our legislature in Olympia, I now feel compelled to vote for the best candidate on the ballot to represent us all for that position. That would be my friend, Tom Dent, who has "paid his dues", served his party well, and will serve all his constituents fairly with wisdom and knowledge.
