Notice is hereby given that a SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on October 13, 2014 from Port of Moses Lake (Designated Contact: Jeffery Bishop, 7810 Andrews St. NE Suite 200, Moses Lake, WA 98837) was found to be technically complete on October 16, 2014. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: To construct an approximately 2,000 sq. ft. addition by replacing existing coolers. The structure will be used as an ambulance hall. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Building Permit STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located at 6828 22nd Ave. NE, Moses Lake WA and is located in the NW quarter of Section 33, Township 20 North, Range 28 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #17-1051-000). ZONING: Grant County International Airport. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
