PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD October 28, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a budget extension request from the Administrative Services Coordinator for the following Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) projects:

1. SIP #2014-04, Grant County Airport District #1 (Desert Aire), Widening of the Desert Aire Airport Runway, funding in the form of a $52,000 loan.

2. SIP #2014-05, Grant County Port District #10 (Moses Lake), Wide-Body Hangar Infrastructure Project, funding in the form of a $200,000 grant.

3. SIP #2014-06, City of Soap Lake, Main Avenue Improvements, funding in the amount of a $31,000 grant.

4. SIP #2014-07, City of Quincy, Industrial Sewer System Installation funding in the form of a $160,000 grant.
