Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat application received by Grant County on October 03, 2014 from Bill Watson (Designated Contact: Knudsen Land Survey, P.O. Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823), was found to be technically complete on October 14, 2014. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of an 83.74 acre parcel into 2 lots. Lot 1 will be 73.98 acres with no buildings and will have residential capacity. Lot 2 will be 7.00 acres with no existing development and will have no have residential capacity. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The property is part of Farm Unit 70, Block 74 and is on the corner of Road 7 NW and Road R NW in a portion of Sections 25, Township 20 North, Range 23 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #20-1090-000. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
