Voting for Angus Lee

| October 17, 2014 6:00 AM

My name is Jessie Green, and I'm writing this from the campus of New Mexico Highlands University in Las Vegas, N.M. I'm a 2014 graduate of Moses Lake High School, and am currently a freshman here at NMHU. Upon turning 18 in April, I immediately registered to vote. I knew from the beginning I would cast my first official vote for Angus Lee for Grant County prosecutor.

I think that he's been doing a great job for the last six years in that position. Before that, he was an attorney in the prosecutor's office. That was when I first met Mr. Lee, and his wife Jen. I was 10 1/2 years old, and they were totally involved in youth soccer. I was fortunate enough to be a member of the first CB United soccer team which Jen and Nick Wallace started. Due to this association, I have had the opportunity to be around the Lee's a lot.

I know Angus to be a good, caring, husband and an amazing father. They have three kids and are concerned about our community, while keeping it safe for families and being a young one at that. So my first official vote will be a big yes for Angus Lee, and I hope that you will take all facts into consideration and vote for Angus Lee for prosecutor.
