DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: Larson-Stratford 115kV Line Extension
Grant PUD intends to extend its Larson-Stratford 115kV transmission line by 450ft. This project will add two new structures to Grant PUD’s Larson-Stratford 115kV line to extend the line from the existing switchyard site to a new switchyard site. The new line will run approximately 200ft north then 250ft east.

LOCATION OF PROPOSAL, INCLUDING STREET ADDRESS, IF ANY:
This project is located in Stratford Washington. From the intersection of Rd 23 NE and Rd J NE, head east 1500ft on Rd J NE. The project site will be on the left. The three existing structures slated to be rebuilt for maintenance purposes will be on the right. The project is located in Section 11 Township 22N Range 28E, NW/4, NW/4.
LEAD AGENCY: Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County
The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030 (2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request.

[ ] This DNS is issued after using the optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355. There is no further comment period on the DNS.
