Notice is hereby given that a Discretionary Use Review Application and SEPA Checklist were received on October 02, 2014 from 52 Eighty, LLC (Contact: Dale Finocchi, 5860 Clarion St., Suite 101, Cumming, GA 30040) and were found to be Technically Complete as of October 09, 2014.

Notice is hereby given that a Discretionary Use Review Application and SEPA Checklist were received on October 02, 2014 from 52 Eighty, LLC (Contact: Dale Finocchi, 5860 Clarion St., Suite 101, Cumming, GA 30040) and were found to be Technically Complete as of October 09, 2014. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: The applicant is proposing to construct a 299-ft. tall guyed telecommunications structure (tower) with a 100-ft by 100-ft. fenced compound. Associated ground equipment will be installed inside the fenced compound. The leased area will be accessed via a proposed 120-ft. by 20-ft. access/utility easement. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The project is located off Pinto Ridge Road NE, Wilson Creek, Grant County, WA. Nearest intersection is Pinto Ridge Road NE and Road 26 NE. Section 21, Township 23N, Range 28E. (Parcel #17-1369-000) ZONING: Agriculture. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with the Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
