NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE

Grant County has issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project: To develop a 14 lot plat from two existing parcels totaling six acres in the Urban Residential 2 Zone. 13 lots will be approximately 14,538 sq. ft., with the remaining lot being 22,900 sq. ft.

Grant County has issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project: To develop a 14 lot plat from two existing parcels totaling six acres in the Urban Residential 2 Zone. 13 lots will be approximately 14,538 sq. ft., with the remaining lot being 22,900 sq. ft. There are two existing homes, one of which will be removed. Also one or more tanks totaling 30,000 gallons will be installed to meet fire suppression requirements. The project site is located on the west side of Potato Hill Rd. NE, approximately 1/3 of a mile north of Goodrich Rd. NE. In a portion of Section 34, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #s 17-0893-000 & 17-0889-000.

After a review of a completed Environmental Checklist and other information on file with the Planning Department, Grant County has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment as conditioned.
