VOTE GARTH DANO

I am writing this letter in support of Garth Dano for Prosecutor. I am voting for him myself and I recommend that everyone in the area do the same.

In 2012, the Washington State Bar Association filed formal disciplinary charges against our current prosecutor, accusing him of engaging in conflicts of interest and of trying to force an assistant to do the same.

It is obvious that it is time for a change in the prosecutor's office, and Garth Dano is the ideal candidate for that position.

Garth has been practicing law since 1980. That was about the time the existing prosecutor was born. Garth is extremely qualified as prosecutor, with significant experience, including thousands of criminal felony and misdemeanor cases.

Garth is an active member of the Grant County Bar Association (past president), the Washington Bar Association, The Washington Foundation for Criminal Justice, the Washington State Association for Justice, the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (past governor and vice president) and the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America.
