Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat application received by Grant County on September 23, 2014 from Darryl & Rose Hudson (Designated Contact: Knudsen Land Survey, P.O. Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823), was found to be technically complete on October 01, 2014. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of an approximately 26.94 acre parcel into 4 lots. Lot 1 will be 5.00 acres with no existing development and will have residential capacity. Lot 2 will be 5.00 acres with no existing development and will have residential capacity. Lot 3 will be 11.94 acres with a residence and shed and will continue to be used for residential purposes. Lot 4 will be 5.00 acres with no existing development and will have residential capacity. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The property is located at 1193 Hwy. 28 W, Ephrata WA in a portion of Sections 02, Township 21 North, Range 26 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #16-0664-000. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
