Kenneth James Vetter, 91, passed away Saturday September 20th 2014 in Spokane, Washington.

Kenneth was born in Ruth, Washington on September 22, 1922.

As a child he lived in Ruth, Wapato and Quincy Washington Area.

Kenneth and Cammie Graham were married March 17, 1945 in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. They had two children Kenneth James Vetter Jr. and Christine Marie Vetter.

After serving his country in the Army Kenneth returned to Washington State working in logging and farming. In 1960 he moved to Alaska and worked for the City of Fairbanks until his retirement.

He returned to the George and Quincy area until the passing of his wife Cammie in 1999. In 2000 Kenneth met his beloved May Lang with whom he spent 14 loving years living together in the Othello Area.

Kenneth was preceded in Death by his parents Jacob and Christina Vetter, Sister Evelyn Weber, Brothers Adolph and Rudolph Vetter, Wife Cammie and his son Kenneth Vetter Jr.

Surviving are Daughter Christine Marie Vetter Valesko, Sister Geraldine Weber and 3 Grand Children Gina Valesko Gillette of Fairbanks, Alaska, Edward R. Valesko of Meridian, Idaho and Timothy A. Valesko of Anchorage, Alaska. Two Great Grand Children Jacob Luhrs and Michael Luhrs.

There will be a remembrance of Life Ceremony at the Home of GW and Rebecca Henricks at 2416 Elgin Rd. NE. Moses Lake, Washington 98837. October 11th 2014 @ 11:00. Lunch will immediately follow the ceremony. Contact Christine Valesko at (208) 695-5844 or cards may be sent to the Henricks.
