NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition dated July 9, 2014, was filed with the Board of Directors of the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District by 5 D Holdings, LLC, the holders of title to all the land hereinafter described, praying that the following described land be included within the District: 160 acres described as the South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 and the North 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Township 18, Range 28, Section 11.
