Best choice for 13th District

As we approach the November election, we are faced with deciding which candidate to vote for in the 13th legislative race.

We have two candidates and only have one party from which to choose. So, here are some leadership qualities and facts to carefully consider before making your choice.

1. Equitable participation of women in politics is vitally essential to building and sustaining democracy. Women represent at least 50 percent on an opinion in any given household and sometimes even more.

Yet, they make up more than 50 percent of the world's population. This is most likely true of the demographics of the 13th Legislative District.

2. Women continue to be under-represented as voters, political leaders and elected officials. Therefore, the political process cannot truly deliver for all of its citizens if half of the population remains underrepresented in our state's government.

3. As a political leader, Dani Bolyard definitely has the qualifying characteristics of leadership when it comes to integrity, commitment, discipline, competence, courage and enthusiasm. She is not afraid of confrontation and is willing to take on any opposition in an open debate.

4. Now is the time to choose a leader that has the confidence and faith in taking action that is politically right and proper.

Dani Bolyard is our best choice to represent us in the 13th Legislative District. She has displayed leadership and has faithfully served the Republican Party in a variety of roles.

Dani will definitely do what is right in the face of adversity for the 13th Legislative District.
