NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition dated Sept. 24, 2014, was filed with the Board of Directors of the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District by Hampton Ranch, LLC, the holders of title to all the land hereinafter described, praying that the following described land be included within the District:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition dated Sept. 24, 2014, was filed with the Board of Directors of the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District by Hampton Ranch, LLC, the holders of title to all the land hereinafter described, praying that the following described land be included within the District: South 1/2 of Township 20, Range 30, Section 12; All of Township 20, Range 30, Section 13; All of Township 20, Range 30, Section 24; East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Township 19, Range 30, Section 6; Northeast 1/4 of Township 19, Range 30, Section 7; All of Township 20, Range 30, Section 29; East 1/2 of Township 20, Range 30, Section 31; North 1/2 of Township 20, Range 30, Section 32; North 1/2 of Township 19, Range 29, Section 13.

All persons interested in or that may be affected by such inclusion of the land described above are hereby notified to appear at the office of the Board at Othello, Adams County, Washington, Dec. 3, 2014, this being the regular meeting of the Board next after the last day of publication of this Notice of Hearing, and show cause in writing, if any they have, why such land should not be included within the District as prayed for in the petition.
