NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition dated Oct. 23, 2014, was filed with the Board of Directors of the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District by Higley Farms, the holders of title to all the land hereinafter described, praying that the following described land be included within the District:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition dated Oct. 23, 2014, was filed with the Board of Directors of the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District by Higley Farms, the holders of title to all the land hereinafter described, praying that the following described land be included within the District: Township 17, Range 32, Section 21; Township 17, Range 32, Section 27; Township 17, Range 32, Section 20; A portion of the Northeast 1/4 and Northwest 1/4 of Township 17, Range 32, Section 29; A portion in the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, the South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4, and the South 1/2 of Township 17, Range 32, Section 28; A portion in the North 1/2 of Township 17, Range 32, Section 34; The Southwest 1/4 of Township 17, Range 32, Section 26.

All persons interested in or that may be affected by such inclusion of the land described above are hereby notified to appear at the office of the Board at Othello, Adams County, Washington, Dec. 3, 2014, this being the regular meeting of the Board next after the last day of publication of this Notice of Hearing, and show cause in writing, if any they have, why such land should not be included within the District as prayed for in the petition.
