Police arrest Ephrata man as suspect in Lucille Moore death

EPHRATA — The Ephrata Police Department arrested an Ephrata man as a suspect in an Ephrata woman’s death. Chad Gerrit Bennett, 25, of Ephrata, was arrested in connection to the Sept. 8 homicide of Lucille Moore, 82, of Ephrata.
