The State of Washington to the said Dale Kneff:

You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after the 20th day of October, 2014, and defend the above

entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the plaintiff City of Moses Lake, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for plaintiff Katherine L. Kenison and Anna C. Franz of Lemargie Kenison And Whitaker, at their office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court.

The object of the action is to seek entry of a warrant of abatement authorizing the City to enter onto the property under the defendant’s ownership located at 1114 West Gary Street, Moses Lake, Grant County, Washington and remove the dangerous building thereon and an order assessing all costs of the abatement on the defendant and requiring the payment of court costs, and attorneys’ fees allowed by law.
