NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE PUBLIC WATERS

TAKE NOTICE:

That Northern Fruit Associates of Mattawa, WA on Nov. 4, 2014 under Application No. G3-30727 filed for permit to appropriate public waters, subject to existing rights, from one well in the amount of 50 gallons per minute, each year, for seasonal multiple domestic supply. The source of the proposed appropriation is located within the NE1/4SE1/4 of Section 36, Township 14 N., Range 23 E.W.M., in Grant County.

Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from November 20 & 28 2014.
