ORDINANCE 14-07
The City Council of the City of Royal City has adopted Ordinance 14-07 amending ordinance 11-05 which vacated dedicated city street right of way between 813 NE Poarch Avenue, lot 1 of Rock Creek short plat, 737 NE Poarch Avenue and 736 NE Hargraves Avenue in the City of Royal City, to eliminate the conditions of such vacation.
The City Council of the City of Royal City has adopted Ordinance 14-07 amending ordinance 11-05 which vacated dedicated city street right of way between 813 NE Poarch Avenue, lot 1 of Rock Creek short plat, 737 NE Poarch Avenue and 736 NE Hargraves Avenue in the City of Royal City, to eliminate the conditions of such vacation. This ordinance was passed on the 4th day of November, 2014, and shall be in full force and effect five days after the publication of this summary as provided by law. Any person may obtain the full text of this ordinance by mail without charge by request to City Hall, PO Box 1239, Royal City WA 99357 or in person at 445 Camelia Street NE, Royal City.
