Fastpitch tournament set for this weekend

GRANT COUNTY - Area fastpitch teams will be in action this weekend.
The Columbia Basin Girls Softball Association is hosting the Summer Heat Fastpitch Softball Tournament this weekend in Ephrata and Moses Lake.
The tournament will be played at Larson Field in Moses Lake and Ephrata High School and will feature 31 teams across three states.
Ephrata High School will host the 14-18u division. Games will begin at 8 a.m. Saturday and run through 3 p.m. Sunday.
Larson Field will be the site of the 10-12u division. Those games will also start at 8 a.m. Saturday and run through 3 p.m. Sunday.
Local teams participating: Warden Heat, Moses Lake Ice, Moses Lake Rattlers and the Ephrata Express.
