Tim Woodworth

| May 28, 2014 6:00 AM

Tim Woodworth, 62, died on May 24th, 2014 surrounded by family and friends. Tim suffered from Frontotemporal Dementia, specifically Picks Disease, which impacted both his mind and body. Tim was born in Sandpoint, Idaho to Alton and Lillian Woodworth. He grew up and spent the majority of his time in Moses Lake alongside many lifelong friends. Tim attended Moses Lake High School and went on to Washington State University where he was an active member of Alpha Tau Omega and graduated with a degree in Zoology. Tim is survived by his mother Lillian, as well as his brother, sister, children and countless friends.

Tim worked for Lynden Transport for several years while helping to run the family farm with his father who many knew as "Woody". Tim was a hard worker but also enjoyed his down time on the golf course and with his friends at Sporty's over a few beers.

Those that knew and loved Tim will remember him fondly for his smile, the twinkle in his eye, and his quick wit. Tim was incredibly loyal to his parents, his kids, and his beloved Cougs.

We are so thankful for the many people who have supported Tim and his family through this 7+ year battle. Please join us at Block 40 Friday, May 30th, at 2 pm for a celebration of his life. We ask that everyone wear Cougar colors.

We love you Tim and are so proud of the fight you put up and the legacy you left behind.

Please share your memories of Tim and sign his online guest register at www.carverfamilyfuneralhome.com.
