Notice is hereby given that a Building Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on May 06, 2014 from Port of Moses Lake (Designated Contact: Superior Building Manufacturing, 2284 Rd. 3 NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837), were found to be technically complete on May 16, 2014.

Notice is hereby given that a Building Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on May 06, 2014 from Port of Moses Lake (Designated Contact: Superior Building Manufacturing, 2284 Rd. 3 NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837), were found to be technically complete on May 16, 2014. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: The construction of an approximately 97-ft. by 76-ft. airplane tail-dock enclosure. The structure will be located on a track which can move away from the airplane hangar when needed. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES SUBMITTED: None. LOCATION: The subject address is 6955 22nd Ave. NE, Moses Lake WA near the Grant County International Airport in the NW quarter of Section 33, Township 20 North, Range 28 East, WM, Grant County, WA. Parcel #17-1051-000.
