Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission is performing a lineal descendant search for anyone who can prove direct, unbroken descent from Jacques Raphael Finlay (also known as Jaco, Jacko, and Joco Finlay/Finley) who resided at Spokane House (what is now Riverside State Park) from 1810 until his death in 1828.
