Bicylist reportedly hit by truck
Deputies investigate a truck and bicycle crash on Wheeler Road near Moses Lake early Friday morning. The woman is being transported to Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane.
MOSES LAKE — A woman was seriously injured after being struck by a truck while riding her bike Friday near Moses Lake.
The collision happened about 6:15 a.m. on Wheeler Road between Roads O and P Northeast. Deputies closed the section of the road for several hours as they investigated. Details on the crash are not yet available.
The woman, who has not been identified, was seriously injured and flown to Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane.
