Notice is hereby given that a Building Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on May 07, 2014 from Fedex Ground (Designated Contact: Kristy L. Collins (Kinney Construction), 830 W. Fletcher Ave., Orange, CA 92865), were found to be technically complete on May 15, 2014. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used.

Notice is hereby given that a Building Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on May 07, 2014 from Fedex Ground (Designated Contact: Kristy L. Collins (Kinney Construction), 830 W. Fletcher Ave., Orange, CA 92865), were found to be technically complete on May 15, 2014. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: The construction of an approximately 48-ft. by 48-ft. addition to the distribution area of the existing building, a 25-ft. by 25-ft. office addition to the existing building, pave current unpaved parking areas providing 47 paved auto parking spaces and 15 paved parking spaces for 28-ft. trailers; four additional trailer docks adjacent to the proposed addition to the distribution area of the existing building; and, on-site storm water drainage and disposal infrastructure including two (2) storm water detention/infiltration ponds.
