NOTICE OF HEARING

AN IRRIGATION FRANCHISE AGREEMENT BETWEEN FRANKLIN COUNTY AND RODNEY BURNS

and

AN IRRIGATION FRANCHISE AGREEMENT BETWEEN FRANKLIN COUNTY AND STEMILT AG SERVICES, LLC

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that two (2) independent irrigation franchise agreements are being considered by the Board of County Commissioners. The first will be between Franklin County and Rodney Burns and will permit the installation and maintenance of irrigation pipeline in Section 1, Township 9 North, Range 28 East, W.M. The second will be between Franklin County and Stemilt Ag Services, LLC, and will permit the installation and maintenance of irrigation pipeline along the section line of Sections 11 and 12, Township 10 North, Range 32 East, W.M. Copies of the proposed agreements are available at the Franklin County Commissioners’ Office at the Courthouse or on the County’s website (please see below).

A public hearing on said agreements will be held during a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of County Commissioners at the Courthouse (1016 North Fourth Avenue) in Pasco, Washington, on the 4th day of June, 2014, at the hour of 9:15 a.m.
