PROJECT: A Short Plat of approximately 20.04 acres in order to create two (2) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Plat application received by Grant County on April 29, 2014 from Robert L. Gray and Peggy A. Taylor (Designated Contact: Paul Snelson, Knudsen Land Survey LLC, PO Box 505, 130 1st Avenue NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-4376), was found to be technically complete on May 13, 2014. PROJECT: A Short Plat of approximately 20.04 acres in order to create two (2) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 will be approximately 3.28 acres in size, and will contain an existing single-family residence, three agriculture buildings, well, and septic system. Lot 2 will be approximately 15.41 acres in size, will have no residential capacity, and will continue its present agricultural use. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 275 Road O NW, Quincy, WA. It is located approximately 2 miles east of George, WA, and approximately 1 mile southeast of the intersection of Interstate 90, State Highway 283, and State Highway 281-Spur (Exit 151). It is also approximately 0.25 miles north of the intersection of Baseline Road W and Road O NW, and in the SE quarter of Section 33, Township 19 North, Range 24 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #20-1467-000). PRESENT ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
