The City Council of the City of Royal City has adopted Ordinance 14-03 Establishing a Twelve-Month Interim Zoning Ordinance on the Establishment, Location, Operation, Licensing, Maintenance or Continuation of Marijuana Producers, Processors, and Retailers as Regulated Pursuant to Washington State Initiative 502; Proving for Severability; and Establishing an Effective Date.
The City Council of the City of Royal City has adopted Ordinance 14-03 Establishing a Twelve-Month Interim Zoning Ordinance on the Establishment, Location, Operation, Licensing, Maintenance or Continuation of Marijuana Producers, Processors, and Retailers as Regulated Pursuant to Washington State Initiative 502; Proving for Severability; and Establishing an Effective Date. This ordinance was passed on the 6th day of May, 2014, and shall be in full force and effect five days after the publication of this summary as provided by law.
