POSTPONED FOR May 14, 2014

Notice is hereby given that the Public Hearing set for May 14, 2014 at 12:00 noon, for a Variance Application to the front setback submitted by Ed Altman (Designated Contact: Howard Homesley, 416 S Western Ave., Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-750-7069), to construct of a 22-ft. x 36-ft. (approximately 800 sq. ft.) garage with an 8-ft. front setback has been postponed. At this time a new hearing date has not been set, however, if a new public hearing is scheduled notice will be provided as required by the Grant County Unified Development Code.

LOCATION: Site address for the project is 32696 Lakeshore Drive NE, Coulee City, WA. Located in the SW quarter of Section 21, Township 24 North, Range 27 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #07-0904-000).
