Notice is hereby given that a Utility Easement Extinguishment application received by Grant County on April 30, 2014 from Bruce Bell (Designated Contact: Jeff Curtis & Associates, Inc., P.O. Box 956, Mattawa, WA 99349) was found to be technically complete on May 06, 2014. PROJECT: Extinguishment of the 10-ft. utility easement measured 5-ft. perpendicularly from each side of the property line dividing lots 153 & 154 of the Desert Aire Division 9 Phase 4 Long Subdivision. SEPA: Exempt. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Lot Consolidation STUDIES REQUIRED: Utility Locate. LOCATION: The subject area is Lots 153 & 154 of Desert Aire Division 9 Phase 4 Long Subdivision. The property is located approximately 4 miles southwest of Mattawa, WA at 401 and 403 Airport Way N, and in Section 22, Township 14 North, Range 23 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcels #02-1688-426 & 02-1688-427). PRESENT ZONING: Rural Village Residential 1 PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
