NOTICE OF HEARING

FEASIBILITY REPORT ON ESTABLISHING A PORTION

OF VINEYARD DRIVE EAST AS A COUNTY ROAD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County will be hearing a report on the feasibility of establishing a portion of Vineyard Drive East, described below, as a county road:

That portion of Vineyard Drive East between the existing Vineyard Drive East and East Foster Wells Road, along the east section lines of Sections 28 and 33, Township 10 North, Range 30 East, W.M., and Section 4, Township 9 North, Range 30 East, W.M.; and along the west section lines of Sections 27 and 34, Township 10 North, Range 30 East, W.M., and Section 3, Township 9 North, Range 30 East, W.M.

Containing 2.80 miles, more or less.

A public hearing on said feasibility report will be held during a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of County Commissioners at the Courthouse in Pasco, Washington, on the 21st day of May, 2014, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.
