NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER

ONE (1) GROUND WATER PERMIT

TAKE NOTICE:

That Dune Lake LLC of Moses Lake, WA, has made application for change/transfer of water right in order to add three points of withdrawal and correct the location of one point of withdrawal as granted under Ground Water Permit No. G3-28923.

That Permit No. G3-28923 authorizes the withdrawal of 1458 gallons per minute, 2352 acre-feet per year, continuously, for community domestic supply.

That the authorized points of withdrawal are two wells located within the SE1/4SW1/4 of Sec. 3, and the SW1/4NE1/4 of Sec. 9, both being within T. 18 N., R. 28 E.W.M.

The authorized well in SE1/4SW1/4 of Sec. 3 is actually in the NW1/4NW1/4 of Sec. 10, T. 18 N. R. 28 E.W.M.

That they propose to add three wells, one within the NE1/4NW1/4 and one within the SE1/4NW1/4, both being within Sec. 3, T. 18 N., R. 28 E.W.M. and one within the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 34, T 19 N., R. 28 E.W.M.

All within Grant County, Washington.

Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from May 5, 2014.
