NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER

ONE (1) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATE

TAKE NOTICE:

That Desert Hills Homeowners Association of Moses Lake, WA, has made application for change/transfer of water right in order to change the point of withdrawal, add two purposes of use, and change the place of use and season of use as granted under Ground Water Certificate No. G3-01508(A).

That Certificate No. G3-01508(A) authorizes the withdrawal of 155 gallons per minute, 16 acre-feet per year, each year, for seasonal irrigation of 5 acres.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is a well located within the SE1/4NW1/4 of Sec. 25, T. 19 N., R. 23 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use is described as a five-acre pivot within the SW1/4NE1/4NW1/4, SE1/4NW1/4NW1/4, NW1/4SE1/4NW1/4, NE1/4SW1/4NW1/4 of Sec. 25, T. 19 N., R. 23 E.W.M.

That they propose to change the purpose of use to domestic irrigation and add continuous potable water supply and fire protection uses.

That they propose to change the point of withdrawal to a well located within the NE1/4SE1/4 of Sec. 6, T. 18 N., R. 27 E.W.M.

That they propose to change the place of use to 80 acres within the SE1/4 of Sec. 6, T. 18 N., R. 27 E.W.M.

All within Grant County, Washington.

Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from May 2, 2014.
