HEARING TO CREATE INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given, that at 5:00 p.m. on May 14, 2014, at the Office of Port District No. 1 of Grant County, 840 F Street SW, Quincy, Washington, the Board of Commissioners of Port District No. 1 of Grant County shall consider adopting a resolution creating an industrial development district pursuant to RCW 53.25.040 consisting of the following described real property:
FARM UNIT 108, FOURTH REVISION OF IRRIGATION BLOCK 78, COLUMBIA BASIN PROJECT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF FILED JULY 31, 1959, RECORDS OF GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON, EXCEPT THAT PORTION OF SAID FARM UNIT 108 SITUATED IN THE
NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 24 E.W.M., GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
