Moses Lake tennis wins two straight

MOSES LAKE - The Moses Lake boys and girls tennis teams continue to improve. After losing their first six matches, some by a wide margine, the Chiefs have rebounded with consecutive wins and are fourth in the six-team Columbia Basin Big Nine.

The girls and boys knocked off Sunnyside last week, and the girls #1 doubles pair of Carina LeFave and Kylee McKay improved to 7-0, knocking off Sunnyside's #1 doubles team of Mattie Meyers and Erica Valdez 6-2, 6-0.

The boys' singles and doubles won every match for the second time in a row, defeating Sunnyside 7-0.
