An ordinance vacating a portion of an alley

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which vacates the alley adjacent to Lots 6-11, Lewis Elliott Addition No. 2.

This ordinance, which was passed on March 25, 2014, will take effect and be in force five days after publication.
