NOTICE is hereby given that the Wahluke School District No. 73, will accept bids on a 2 year lease of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 36, Township 15 N., Range 23, EWN, Grant County, Washington, comprising of 19 acres of irrigable land. The bid amount will be for the annual payment.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wahluke School District No. 73, will accept bids on a 2 year lease of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 36, Township 15 N., Range 23, EWN, Grant County, Washington, comprising of 19 acres of irrigable land. The bid amount will be for the annual payment. The Lessee agrees to pay all irrigation charges, weed control, leasehold excise tax, and all other assessments for duration of Lease.
