INVITATION TO BID

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Sealed bids will be received by the Port of Moses Lake at the 2nd Floor Conference Room, 7810 Andrews Street NE, Moses Lake, Washington 98837, for the Hangar 1 Painting Project. Time limits for receipt of proposals are as follows:

Part I: Price Proposals must be received by 1:00 pm, April 18, 2014.

Part II: Subcontractor & Bidder Listing must be received no later than (1) hour after the Part I time limit.

Bids received after this time will not be considered.

SCOPE OF WORK

Work consists of providing labor and materials for surface cleaning, preparation, and application of exterior surface coatings.

PRE BID WALKTHROUGH

Due to the secure nature of the airport operations, certain areas of the building are not accessible during normal business hours. A walk through of the Building will be conducted at:

1:00 pm on April 9th, 2014

Bidders are to meet at Gate A-37 near Hangar 1 at the appointed time. Prime Bidders and Painting Sub-Contractors are required to attend this walkthrough.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS

Bidding Documents, including Instructions to Bidders, Form of Agreement, General Requirements, Drawings and Specifications entitled, Hangar 1 Painting Project, may be examined at the Port of Moses Lake.

BID OPENING

Bids will be opened and read publicly by the Port of Moses Lake immediately following the hour as set above.

The Port of Moses Lake reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities, without cause.
